I saw a product and now it is gone?

- Each piece of jewelry is uniquely designed and handmade using only items that I find inspiring to me. There are many pieces that I can only find "one of" and therefore I can only create one or a few pieces of jewelry. Once they are sold, they are gone. Don't worry, I am constantly finding unique charms and leathers to create new items for you.



When will my item ship?

 -All items are made when ordered with a process time of 24 -48 hours. You will receive an email when your item has shipped. Usually within 1-2 business days.

Are all sales final?

 -Yes, these are handmade jewelry pieces, and not meant for everyday wear.

Any exceptions to that?

-In the event that you aren't happy with your purchase please contact me with pictures and a description of what's going on and we  will make sure you are satisfied with your jewelry!



​I want a piece made with a different color leather or different color combination, anything I can do?

​-Contact me via the contact page and let me know what you're thinking and I will be glad to see what I can do for you!



​So how much is shipping?

​-Shipping is a flat rate of $2.99 per order. Any shipping questions please contact directly by clicking on the link.

 

 

​​How do I know when you've shipped my order?

​-I will take the time to personally e-mail you as soon as I ship the order, so you know its on the way into your collection!
